Crohn's disease, extensive involvement of small bowel, fistulae, abscess - Enterography

CASE

Extensive involvement of aboral ileum, long segment of enhancing bowel wall thickening, hyperenhancing mucosa, stranding of mesenterial fat, engorgement of vasa recta, and mesentrial fat overgrowth. There is an abscess cavity in the mesentery containing gas, the abscess drains through several fistulae to the small bowel.
