The radiograph shows homogeneous shadowing of the right lower lung field due to pleural fluid and reticular opacities in the right middle and upper lung field. CT confirmed septal thickening more in the peripheral and mid-portion of lung perenchyma with several air-space opacities and right-sided pleural effusion.
