Abruption of triquetrum, transverse fracture of distal radius, abruption of unlar styloid process

CASE

On lateral view, there is a small bony fragment dorsally to triquetrum. Moreover, indistinct fracture line through the metaepiphysis of radius with involvement of articular surface. Abruption of ulnar styloid process withou dislocation.
