Patient after right-sided nephrectomy. There is a circumscribed lobular collection of fluid and gas in the renal bed, which has contact with ascending colon.  The fluoroscopy images show connection between cutaneous fistula, the collection, and the colon. Several linear echoes with posterior reverberations are seen in the collection on ultrasound image, these represent gas inclusions.
