CT shows an oval well-defined mass in the left adrenal gland. The mass has low density without apparent fat density - otherwise a diagnosis of myelolipoma would be preferred. The workup of adrenal lesions should comprise unenhanced, venous-phase, and late-phase scans to confirm the diagnosis. This was, however, an incidental finding on a routine abdominal scan.
