Arachnoidal cyst

CASE

An oval expansion in the right middle cranial fossa occupies space for temporal lobe pole, which is pushed dorsally. The expansion has density of water, same as cerebrospinal fluid. Moreover, this location is typical for an arachnoid cyst.
