Aspergilosis of the lung, pericardial effusion, mediastinal lymphoma

CASE

Several nodules with shaggy contours, some of them cavitary, left paramediastinal area of consolidation - all represent different stages of aspergilosis. Large effusion in the pericaridum. Soft tissue mass descending across the the right side of anterior mediastinum is a lymphoma.
