Bowel obstruction, carcinoma of sigmoid colon, SBO, ileus, colorectal cancer

CASE

Plain abdominal radiographs show air-fluid levels in small and large bowel as a sign of bowel obstruction. This was confirmed by CT, which revealed tumour of sigmoid colon as a cause.
