Large expansive lesion in the left frontal lobe adjacent to the skull. Slightly hyperdense on unehnaced scans, marked enhancement on contrast-enhanced CT. A hint of dural-tail sign - this might be a meningioma.  Marked perifocal edema, subfalciform herniation, compression of lateral ventricles.
