Bronchoinvasive aspergilosis

CASE

HRCT of a patient with proven aspergilosis shows thick peribronchial infiltrates (areas of consolidation) and ill-defined centrilobular nodules. This appearance of peribronchovascular infiltration is non-specific, however, and could be caused by other microorganisms.
