Carcinoma of esophagus, distal esophagus, placement of stent, liver metastasis

CASE

This case shows infiltration of long segment of distal esophagus, which has markedly thickened wall on CT, irregular contrours on fluoroscopy. CT also shows hypovascular metastasis of the dome of the right liver lobe. The stenosis was symptomatic and was treated by placement of two metallic stents.
