Cavum septi pellucidi, cavum vergae

CASE

A space filled with cerebrospinal fluid between medial walls of lateral ventricles which extends anteriorly to foramen Monroi is called cavum septi pellucidi. If it extends posteriorly, it is called cavum vergae. Together cavum septi pellucidi et vergae.
