Celiac disease, foamy content of jejunum, CT enterography

CASE

Is rare to see foamy content in the jejunum on CT enterography, which is indicative of celiac disease, as in this patient. Other signs include flattening of jejunal folds that appear shorter than in the ileum and small lymphatic nodes in the mesentery, which is otherwise an unspecific finding.
