Cervical cyst, medial, retention cyst

CASE

Ultrasound of the floor of the mouth shows a small well defined hypoechoic formation in the midline between the left and the right geniohyoid muscle just above the hyoid bone. This was an accidental finding with typical apperance of the medial cervical cyst.
