Cholangiocellular carcinoma, 3-phase CT

CASE

Large tumorous expansion of the right lobe of the liver. Mild neovascularisation. Some parts are enhancing in arterial phase, most of the tumour remains hypodense (necrotic). This may be either metastasis from known primary or primary liver carcinoma. This lesion was biopsied and proven as cholangiocellular carcinoma.
