MRI, CT and ultrasound show dilated hepatic ducts in the left liver lobe and a mass near the hilum, that causes compression of ne hepatobiliary bundle. The left lobe has increases signal intensity on T2W and decreased on T1W indicating its edema. ERCP confirms dilation of the intrahepatic ducts with a stenosis proximally.
