Compensatory enlargement of left liver lobe after resection of right liver lobe

CASE

Left liver lobe is enlarged following resection of the right lobe, thin collection abutting the resection site - this may be a small biloma or seroma. Loculated fluid collection along the inferior aspect of the right hemidiaphragm.
