Convoluted bowel, CT enterography

CASE

Convoluted mass of adherent bowel loops attached to abdominal wall in the middle hypogastrium. Individual loops cannot be distinguished. CT with positive contrast (routine CT) gives better overview than CT enterography. In the place of the mass, there used to be an ileostomy, which spontaneously obliterated.
