Cystic tumour of pancreas, pancreatic tail, MinIP

CASE

Ct shows a well-defined cystic expansion of the pancreatic tail. The differential diagnosis include serous cystic adenoma, true cyst, pseudocyst (in case of previous pancreatitis), or an IPMN - this is likely due to a connection with the main pancreatic duct.
