Delayed excretion of contrast from kidney

CASE

Second image shows contrast enhanced CT with normal appearance of the kidney. At day four, patient underwent unenhanced CT which showed a small wedge-shaped area of increased density in both kidneys of delayed contrast enhancement due to focally impaired renal function.
