CASE

Dehiscence of low rectal anastomosis - the posterior circumference of the anastomosis is opened into an inhomogeneous formation in presacral region, which contains fluid, fecal content, and air. Bowel loops are swollen, there are stripes of free fluid between them, and massive pneumoperitoneum.
