ERCP, migration of duodenobiliary drain

CASE

The former duodenobiliary drain migrated from the bile duct into duodenum. Another stent was placed into the biliary duct and the former ensnared and later removed. Note beaded dilatation of biliary ducts and metallic clips after cholecystectomy.
