Emphysematous cholecystitis, pericholecystitic abscess

CASE

The gallbladder contains air which appears as cloud of dotted hyperechogenic foci with posterior acoustic shadowing. There is a collection of fluid adjacent to the gallbladder wall. The gallbladder is filled with echogenic content - sludge.
