Gallstones, cholecystolithiasis, sludge, twinkling artifact

CASE

Ultrasound shows a gallstone in the neck of the gallbladder, which is entirely filled with echogenic content (sludge). Color map shows disperse dots of flow, which on spectral curve exhibit no actual flow, and therefore represent twinkling artifacts.
