Gastritis, acute, antral

CASE

CT shows marked homogeneous thickening of the wall of antrum of stomach (distal, aboral part). The mucosa and subserosa are enhancing, while the submucosa has relatively lower density due to edema. The body and fundus of the somach are unaffected.
