H1N1, atypical pneumonia, superinfection, follow-up

CASE

A patient with H1N1 pneumonia underwent HRCT of the lung, which showed areas of ground-glass with mild septal thickening and areas of lung consolidation, which is a sign of superinfection. On follow-up examination, the consolidation almost diappeared with remaining areas of ground-glass and septal thickening.
