CASE

An inhomogeneous enhancing focus with capsule in the convexity of right liver lobe adjacent to inferior vena cava. Large amout of ascites. Tumorous thrombus (enhancing part of the thrombus) in inferior vena cava growing into right atrium, lung embolism, pleural effusion.
