Hip fracture, pertrochanteric fracture of femur, healed in dislocation

CASE

The radiograph shows a pertrochanteric fracture of the left hip that healed in dislocation - namely shortening. Moreover, there is a cluster of popcorn-like calcifications most likely in a uterine fibroma.
