Hypoventilation, atelectasis of lower lung lobe

CASE

First two images show situation before the lower lung lobe atelectasis occured. Last two images show depression of the minor fissure and decreased transparency just above the right hemidiaphragm due to hypoventilation or atelectasis of right lower lung lobe.
