IPMN, intrapapillary mucinous neoplasm, central type, colitis

CASE

There are two interesting findings in this patient. Firstly, there is a dilation of the main pancreatic duct and most of its side branches - a typical finding of IMPN, intrapapillary mucinous neoplasm. Also, thickening of the edematous colonic wall with enhancing mucosa is a finding of acute colitis.
