Incarcerated hernia, hematoma of abdominal wall

CASE

A large dense expansion of the abdominal wall due to hematoma. Bowel loop in the hernia has thickened bowel wall, there is a subcutaneous emphysema in the abdominal wall. Distended small bowel loops.
