Intracerebral hemorrhage, semioval center

CASE

CT shows a hyperdense mass of blood density arising from the white matter of the right hemisphere just above the corpus callosum with perifocal edema. Small amount of blood in the third ventricle and subarachnoid space in the right parietal lobe.
