Intramural bleeding in small bowel, bowel wall, intramural hemorrhage

CASE

CT shows a segment of jejunum with homogeneously thickened wall and marked enhacement of mucosa. Close to it, free fluid of blood density and haziness of the mesentery can be appreciated. The patient had been taking Warfarin (anticoagulation therapy) and had markedly increased INR.
