Leukoaraiosis, atherosclerotic encephalopathy, periventricular atrophy, hydrocephalus e vacuo

CASE

CT shows dilated lateral ventricles due to periventricular atrophy and confluent areas of decreased density around both ventricles which correspond to leukoaraiosis.
