Lipoma of duodenum, adenoma of adrenal gland

CASE

CT shows a small (about 10x4mm) lesion in the wall of the duodenal bulb of fat density that represents small lipoma. Another finding is a low density round lesion in the left adrenal gland that can be considered an adenoma because of its low density.
