Mediastinal lymphadenopathy, malignant lymphoma, correlation

CASE

Chest radiograph shows a well defined dome-shaped bulge in the right mediastinal contour at the level of the aortic arch - a finding consistend with an extrapleural pathology. CT confirms mediastinal lymphadenopathy with the largest lymph node at the aforementioned location.
