Menigioma of cerebellar tentorium

CASE

CT shows a calcified convex mass arising from the cerebellar tentorium. The mass is broadly based on the tentorium and there is a pathognomic "dural tail" sign - an extension of the base of the meningioma into the periphery along the dura.
