Metastasis of renal cell carcinoma in pancreas and adrenal gland, nephrectomy

CASE

Patient with renal cell carcinoma underwent right-sided nephrectomy and adrenalectomy. On follow-up examination, we found a hypervascular metastasis in the body of pancreas and left adrenal gland.
