Migration of hardware, intramedullary hip screw

CASE

The first radiograph shows suboptimal placement of proximal dynamic screws that are located in the middle to upper third of the collum. Second radiograph shows that the dynamic screws penetrated through the collum, which bent down (varus position), and both screws moved outwards.
