Orotracheal tube, biluminal, intubation

CASE

Chest radiograph shows a biluminal orotracheal tube in correct position: the shorter tube on the right terminates in distal trachea, the longer tube enters the left mainstem bronchus. Note also a pacemaker with two electrodes and a central venous line terminating in the left brachiocephalic vein.
