Osteolytic metastasis of cervical spine, fracture of dens axis, C2

CASE

Multiple osteolytic metastases of the cervical spine are most likely a sequel of mutiple myeloma. Sagittal reformations show  fracture of dens axis with mild dislocation of the dens anteriorly.
