Pericardial effusion after myocardial biopsy

CASE

Chest radiograph taken after myocardial biopsy shows marked enlargement of the heart silhouette and large amount of pleural fluid in the right pleural cavity and small amount in the left pleural cavity. The initial radiograph was normal.
