Hypoechoic, well-defined, oval formation with enhanced transmission of ultrasound, thin septae with faint vascularity on color map and high resistance low volume flow on spectral doppler localised in superficial part of the parotid gland. Histology showed pleomorphic adenoma with large mucinous component.
