Pneumonia, panlobular emphysema, fluid-filled bullae

CASE

Patient advanced panlobular emphysema (numerous bullae, simplification parenchymal structure) developed inflammatory consolidation of the right lower lung lobe. The consolidation is not homogeneous, contains several cystic spaces that most likely represent fluid-filled bullae.
