CASE

This is a correlation of a plain chest radiograph with CT. The radiograph shows an inhomogeneous decrease of transparency in the right lower lung lobe and blurring of the contour of the right hemidiaphragm due to pneumonia and homogeneous decrease of transparency and blurring of the left hemidiaphragm due to pleural effusion.
