Pseudolesion in liver, falciform ligament

CASE

An area of decreased density in the liver parenchyma next to the falciform ligament is a common finding that should in no case be mistaken for a tumour. Even though it is usually reffered to as "focal hepatopathy", the underlying pathology is local accumulation of glycogene.
