Recurrence of renal cell carcinoma, hypervascular metastases in liver and retroperitoneum

CASE

Follow-up examination in a patient, who underwent left nephrectomy due to conventional renal carcinoma. There is a large metastatic mass in the retroperitoneum that has enhancing rim and necrotic center. In the liver, there are several hypervascular metastases with necrotic centre as well.
