Resection of stomach, Billroth I

CASE

First postoperative follow-up after stomach resection sec. Billroth I. Remaining fundus with small part of the body are connected to the duodenal bulb (or remaining part of the antrum?) and nasogastric tube is positioned through the anastomosis into the duodenal bulb.
