Right upper lobe atelectasis, pleural effusion on supine radiograph

CASE

A triangular area of decreased transparency in the left upper lung field delineated by elevated fissure due to atelectasis of right upper lobe. Left lung wing is overshadowed by pleural effusion, and the contours of the left diaphragm are effaced. The atelectasis was not seen on the previous radiograph.
