CT shows fourth stage of pulmonary sarcoidosis, apart from both axial and peripheral septal thickening, there are also traction bronchiectasias, distortion of parenchymal structure due to fibrosis. Note that peripheral septal thickening is somewhat irregular which is typical of sarcoidosis.
